•Payment Methods: Payments for services provided by Chatbotai can be made via Stripe, PayPal, cryptocurrency, or bank transfer.
•Binding Contracts: Any contracts signed with a specified time period are considered binding. By entering into a contract, you agree to adhere to the terms specified in that agreement.
•Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your contract; however, a notice of at least 30 days must be provided prior to the intended cancellation date. Failure to provide this notice may result in continued obligations under the contract.

By using Chatbotai, you agree not to:

•Disrupt or interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the services.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus & UK, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cyprus & UK for the resolution of any disputes.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of Chatbotai after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
